About Psychotherapy and Counselling
Psychotherapy and Counselling provides a safe confidential and non-judgemental space in which various questions, problems and issues around your life can be explored and addressed.
Counselling tends to be more short term work (12 sessions) focused on supporting you through a specific situation.
Psychotherapy tends to be more long term work focused on your personal growth.
Transpersonal psychotherapy involves the "whole" being, not only the physical or psychological self. "Being in therapy" will allow you to have time and space for yourself, to pause, to breathe, to reflect and to discover the answers to your questions.
The long term psychotherapy offers ultimate recognition and subsequent integration of various aspects "parts" of yourself, therefore unfolding the "renewed, refined or redefined" understanding of yourself. With the internal changes taking place, the external changes follow.
The most crucial aspect of Psychotherapy and Counselling is the relationship and trust that is built between you - the client, and me - the therapist.
